Area SENDCo: Strategic SEND Leadership & Inclusion

Borough of Lambeth is seeking an Area SENCo to provide specialist SEND leadership across various educational settings in Lambeth. The role focuses on enhancing schools' capacity to meet the needs of children and young people with SEND while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and the SEND Code of Practice.

You will work closely with school leaders and multi-agency partners, providing advice and strategic support to improve inclusion and drive better outcomes for students. A full-time and permanent position with a competitive salary of £56,436pa, rising to £59,574pa.
