Soulbury 13 -15 £58,400 - £61,271

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

Working 36.5 hours per week

  • Are you a confident and reflective practitioner with strong interpersonal and leadership skills?
  • Do you hold qualified teacher status (QTS)?
  • Do you have significant teaching experience within Early Years and SEND?
  • Do you have a thorough understanding of inclusive practice, and the SEND Code of Practice?
  • Do you have experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading others?
  • Do you have excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities?
  • A positive, collaborative approach and a commitment to improving outcomes for children with SEND.

Birmingham Area SENCo Team require 1 full time teacher with QTS status to support the strategic and operational delivery of services across the Private, Voluntary and Independent (PVI) Early Years settings for children with SEND.

We are looking for someone with expertise in Early Years and SEND teaching, a passion for improving outcomes for young children, and a commitment to working collaboratively with families and partners.
