Area Sales Manager (North West)

They are seeking someone who is passionate and experienced in driving sales by identifying and establishing new customer relationships (Specifiers, Wholesalers, Contractors, and End Users) as well as nurturing existing customer networks to provide lighting solutions and generate specifications to achieve business growth.
The ideal candidate will:
- Truly own the area sales target.
- Be extremely well-organized and show initiative.
- Be a true team player with the ability to communicate effectively across all facets of the business.
- Understand attention to detail and think laterally.
- Be a capable Project Manager, handling projects from initial enquiry to final completion.
- Understand the benefits of a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and be willing to embrace it.
- Be able to assess any space and provide sound commercial lighting advice.
- Be confident in presenting and public speaking.
Additional Information:
Extensive training will be provided. They prefer candidates with a strong commercial lighting background who can work remotely as part of a regional and national team. However, they are also open to candidates with a few years of sales experience who can be trained and developed into a professional representing the brand.
A UK driving license is essential. The candidate should remain calm under pressure, be well-organized, and passionate about success. Please note: Passengers need not apply!
