The Company 
Our client is a European manufacturer of industrial piping systems used in compressed air and gas applications.
Already established across multiple European markets, the business is now strengthening its UK presence and investing in a key commercial hire to accelerate growth.
The RoleThis is a field-based Area Sales Manager position with full responsibility for developing the UK market.
- Develop a small number of existing UK & Ireland accounts
- Build new business across the territory
- Drive sales through the right commercial channels
- Position solutions upstream on industrial projects
This is a high-impact, front-line role with real ownership of the market.
Target Customers- Compressed air / compressor distributors
- Design offices influencing industrial projects
- Industrial installers (HVAC / technical contractors)
The role focuses on building a channel-driven and project-led pipeline, not direct end-user selling.
Profile- 5+ years B2B sales experience in an industrial environment
- Strong track record in new business development
- Experience working with distributors, installers or project-based sales
- Autonomous, field-driven and commercially sharp
- A network is a plus, but the ability to open doors and build activity from scratch is key
UK-based (ideal: Midlands / North)
National coverage + Ireland
Package- Average base salary £54,000
- Uncapped bonus (3% of invoiced revenue)
