The Company

Our client is a European manufacturer of industrial piping systems used in compressed air and gas applications.

Already established across multiple European markets, the business is now strengthening its UK presence and investing in a key commercial hire to accelerate growth.

The Role

This is a field-based Area Sales Manager position with full responsibility for developing the UK market.

  • Develop a small number of existing UK & Ireland accounts
  • Build new business across the territory
  • Drive sales through the right commercial channels
  • Position solutions upstream on industrial projects

This is a high-impact, front-line role with real ownership of the market.

Target Customers
  • Compressed air / compressor distributors
  • Design offices influencing industrial projects
  • Industrial installers (HVAC / technical contractors)

The role focuses on building a channel-driven and project-led pipeline, not direct end-user selling.

Profile
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience in an industrial environment
  • Strong track record in new business development
  • Experience working with distributors, installers or project-based sales
  • Autonomous, field-driven and commercially sharp
  • A network is a plus, but the ability to open doors and build activity from scratch is key
Location

UK-based (ideal: Midlands / North)

National coverage + Ireland

Package
