Area Sales Manager the role will include:

  • Establishing and developing relationships with prospects and customers within your designated area, taking responsibility for driving business performance and achievement of area sales targets.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of customer service with new and existing customers.
  • Developing business through telephone contact, written correspondence, face to face appointments and attendance at exhibitions and shows.
  • Identifying customer requirements and maximise selling opportunities to develop the accounts within your area.
  • Planning and carrying out customer visits to a regular agreed schedule to ensure full coverage of your area.
  • Supporting key customers with merchandising, ensuring our ranges are displayed effectively.

The role will involve daily travel to your customer base, so applicants must hold a full, valid Driver's License.

Location: Cover the Leinster area - Dublin, Wicklow, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Laois, and Meath.

Required Skills
  • A passion and enthusiasm for our brand and extensive product range.
  • Previous sales experience in hand and power tools.
  • Target driven with a proven track record of overachieving on targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to present and promote the Company's products and services at all levels.
  • Good IT skills, proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programmes.
  • Methodical and highly organised.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
