Area Manager, Home Support Services - County Clare

Clarecare seeks an experienced Home Support Area Manager to lead, coordinate and develop the Home Support Service in Co. Clare. You will manage a team of frontline staff, oversee rosters and on-call arrangements, and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, rostering expertise, and active NMBI registration, with flexibility to travel within the region and work outside normal hours as required.
