Area Manager: Customer Experience Lead (Job Share)

South Eastern Railway is seeking an Area Manager for a part-time role (18.5 hours/week) in the Gillingham and Faversham area. You'll lead and develop Station Managers, ensuring safety and delivering excellent customer experiences.

This position requires strong multi-site management skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to create a customer-centric culture. You'll work primarily Thursday and Friday, with on-call duties every two months.
