Area Line Leader - Takis

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to once again be exclusively supporting a global food manufacturer in their search for a Line Leader to join a brand new permanent night shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated team leader or production supervisor who enjoys leading people, driving performance and maintaining high standards across safety, quality and productivity.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will lead a team of production associates within either the process or packing area, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest food manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities of the Line Leader include:

• Leading and motivating production teams to achieve daily output targets
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety, food safety and GMP across the production area
• Monitoring production performance using KPIs and driving improvements where needed
• Ensuring production processes and documentation are completed accurately
• Managing staffing levels and supporting the effective use of agency labour
• Coaching and developing team members to improve performance and capability
• Supporting performance reviews and people management processes
• Working closely with engineering teams to respond to breakdowns and maintenance requirements
• Supporting audits, innovation trials and site visits
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste

We're keen to speak with candidates who have supervisory or team leader experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment, with the below skills & experience:

• Experience as a Team Leader, Line Leader, or Production Supervisor
• Previous experience working in food manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong people leadership and motivation skills
• Good organisational and communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic IT and systems skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
