Area Care Manager Lead Multi-Branch Care Teams

Helping Hands in Maidstone is seeking an Area Care Manager to lead care operations across around 10 branches and a Live-in Care service. You will support the Head of Operations, ensure teams are supported, and uphold the extraordinary care we're known for.

This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive package including £55,000-£80,500 per year, a £5,500 car allowance and up to £15,000 bonus potential, plus 25 days leave and Blue Light discounts.
