For a client project, we are looking for a Archiving Specialist (f/m/d)
- ASAP - 6 month - remote 100%

Archiving Solution Experience as a functional consultant will be a MUST

Tasks:

• Plan and execute data migrations from Legacy systems to new or transformed archiving solutions.

• Design and implement functional and technical concepts for data migration.

• Apply data archival standards and best practices, including indexing, parameter definition, metadata creation, and selection of suitable file formats for long-term preservation.

• Utilize and configure data migration and quality management tools (including ETL migration schemes) to ensure accurate and reliable migration.

Requirements:

• Recent experience and in-depth technical knowledge of a leading (proffesional) archiving solution - Mandatory.

• Proven experience in migrating data from Legacy systems or transforming data archiving solutions.

• Strong understanding of data archival standards and practices (eg, indexing, parameter definition, metadata creation, long-term preservation file formats).

• Proficiency in creating both functional and technical data migration concepts.

• Hands-on experience with data migration and quality management tools, including ETL migration schemes.

• Language: English required (German is beneficial).

Start: 01.09.2025 (or potentially mid-August 2025)
Duration: 6 months
Workload: 3-5 days per week

Remote: 100% remote possible
