Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Manchester

Salary: In the region of £30-40,000+ DOE

Daily Duties

  • Producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages
  • Working within BIM environments and supporting digital workflows
  • Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Assisting in the delivery of projects across multiple stages
  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards
  • Attending site visits and resolving technical issues
  • Supporting design development with technical input

Ideal Candidate

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
  • Solid experience in UK project delivery
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM processes
  • Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
