Job Description
The architect, project manager of buildings, is responsible for the management of real estate; he/she ensures maintenance, upkeep, and renovation work. As a representative of the Client (MO), he/she actively participates in the planning and new construction missions. As a qualified specialist, you plan, manage, or carry out important and varied tasks independently. You ensure the MO's adherence to major real estate monitoring and prepare the necessary files for loan applications as well as for calls for proposals. Responsible for adherence to deadlines, costs, safety, and quality of your projects, you actively contribute to the effective functioning of the profile.Holding a degree, a master's in architecture from an EPF, HES, or REG A institution, you have at least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects (including mastery of financial project management). You are proficient in management tools (Messerli), drawing (Autocad), and project management (MS Project) and possess solid knowledge in the field of sustainable development as well as public procurement procedures.
