Job Title: Architect
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £35-38,000 DOE
About the company:
An award-winning multidisciplinary architecture and urban design practice in Sheffield is looking to appoint a Qualified Architect to support its expanding portfolio of residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects. The studio is recognised for delivering thoughtful, sustainable, and design-led architecture across a broad range of sectors and project scales. Applications are welcomed from newly qualified architects through to those with several years of post-Part 3 experience. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects within a collaborative Revit-based BIM environment.

Daily Duties
- Leading and coordinating projects through all RIBA stages
- Preparing planning, technical and construction information
- Managing Revit models and BIM project coordination
- Liaising directly with clients, consultants and contractors
- Attending and leading meetings and site visits
- Supporting junior team members and mentoring assistants
- Producing detailed technical packages and specifications
- Contributing to design development and project strategy
Ideal Candidate
- ARB registered Architect
- Newly qualified architects and those with several years of post-Part 3 experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong technical and design capabilities
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows preferred
- Experience across residential, mixed-use, or commercial sectors beneficial
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively within a collaborative studio environment
- Passion for thoughtful, sustainable, and high-quality architecture
- Candidates already living locally within Sheffield, or the surrounding area would be preferred
