Architect - Luxury Hospitality and Residential - International - With Travel

£40,000 - £50,000 I Permanent I East London I Revit

A dynamic, design-led practice based near Old Street is looking for an Architect to join their talented team. Known for their imaginative and high-profile work in hospitality, wellness and luxury residential, this is a great opportunity to be hands-on in delivering globally recognised projects with creative autonomy.


From a clifftop spa in St Lucia to a wellness retreat in the British Virgin Islands, you'll be joining a studio where travel, creative thinking, and refined detailing are the focus. The ideal candidate will bring both technical precision and design flair - contributing at every stage of the process while collaborating with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support delivery across all RIBA stages on international hospitality and residential projects.

  • Translate conceptual vision into technical packages, working through detail design and delivery.

  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and collaborators across the globe.

  • Participate in site visits and on-the-ground project coordination as required.

  • Contribute to design workshops, concept development, and internal crits.

  • Work closely with the Design Director to evolve and elevate the creative intent across multiple scales - from bespoke furniture to architectural landscapes.

  • Maintain a strong eye for graphic presentation and material composition.

  • Be an active part of the studio's friendly, design-driven culture.

Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years post ARB registration.

  • Graduated from a top UK/London University.

  • Proficient and fast with Revit

  • Confident in Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Highly creative individual - previous experience on high-end hospitality or private residential projects, ideally internationally highly advantageous.

  • A clear and confident communicator - comfortable in client-facing roles

  • Detail-oriented with a strong graphic sensibility.

  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently within a collaborative team

  • Willing and excited to travel internationally for key projects

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written skills

  • Clearly passionate about architecture, interiors, and materiality.
