Architect - Dublin Office

We are seeking an Architect with a strong interest in design to join our Dublin Office. We are looking for a highly motivated energetic person with excellent design, detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:

Collaborating closely with the Management to be adept at guiding a project from inception through to completion, in accordance with RIAI work stages.

Proficient in producing documentation for both internal and external presentations.

Prepare and actively participate in project reviews.

Assist with mentorship and the supervision of junior team members.

Provide guidance regarding planning and regulatory processes.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture and is registered with the RIAI or is currently working towards becoming registered with the RIAI.

Previous 3 to 5 years experience, this including previous experience on medium to large scale residential projects.

Thorough understanding of local, regional, and national planning and development contexts.

Strong design skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
