Architect - Designer with experience

On behalf of my client, a general contractor, I am looking for an Architect - with experience. Architect with Bachelor's degree or in buildings. At least 5 years of experience in an architectural firm in Switzerland. Knowledge of construction regulations (PPE plans, descriptive of work). Proficiency in Archicad 28. Proficiency in Artlantis or other 3D rendering software. Synthesis images. Fluent in French, English, and possibly a driver's license and vehicle. Feasibility studies. Project establishment (villas, buildings, existing buildings). Public inquiries. Quantity surveying, execution plans, and details. Construction management.
