Apprenticeships Compliance Lead - Level 3 Firefighter Program

West Midlands Fire Service (WMFS) is seeking a detail-oriented Apprenticeships Compliance Officer to ensure the Level 3 Operational Firefighter apprenticeship meets DfE and DWP funding rules.

You will manage compliance across the apprentice journey-from recruitment and onboarding to gateway, EPA, and final achievement-using ILR data submissions and e-portfolio systems, with a strong focus on quality and regulatory readiness.
