Apprenticeship Training Manager in Mechanics

The main mission will be to manage and oversee the mechanical apprentices leading to the attainment of the CFC of Polyme - 100% rate. Responsible for mechanical apprentices (m/f). Desired profile: CFC of polymechanics ideally complemented by a Federal Certificate/Mastery. Experience of at least 3-4 years in leading and managing personnel, ideally young apprentices from CIE or other (pedagogical, management) = experience in CNC machining with knowledge of CAD/CAM. Knowledge of Office and ERP software (an advantage). Proficiency in French and English (B2). Main responsibilities: Define and manage the CFC plan (skills progression, standards, milestones, compliance and quality of the program (procedures, traceability, continuous improvement). Establish and monitor investment and performance budgets. Coordinate field activities and facilitate reviews with HR/production. Oversee the recruitment of apprentices, as well as schools/partners. Teach CIE courses (Manual machining techniques, conventional, CNC, metrology, assembly). Guide apprentices towards success through motivating pedagogy and their work. Relay information to management in the form X (monitoring costs, commitments, apprentice production via SAP). Manage investment requests (machines, accessories) and organize the weekly workload for each apprentice (MAP, machines, monitoring produced parts). Manage and sign the work journals and absences of apprentices. Conflict management, apply internal rules in the event of non-compliance with the company's values, organize sessions with parents if necessary. Collaborate with partner organizations (COMEC, Swissmem, CPNE, schools). Participate in semi-annual exchanges with local training centers. Organize open days, internships for future apprentices, pedagogical events and educational outings (teambuilding, skiing, industrial visits).
