Apprenticeship Progress Coach - Flexible Roles & Travel

Loughborough College Group is seeking two Apprenticeship Review Coaches to support apprentices across campus sites and employment workplaces. You will monitor progress, set SMART targets, and coach on knowledge, skills and behaviours, collaborating with Trainer Assessors and Lecturers to help learners reach their potential.

The role requires a level 2 or 3 qualification, relevant vocational experience in Engineering or Construction, and a full UK licence with access to a vehicle for travel
