Apprenticeship Experience & Quality Lead

NU London is hiring an Apprenticeship Experience Manager to oversee operation, quality, and regulatory compliance across degree apprenticeship programmes. You will lead the Success Manager team, implement QA frameworks, and ensure safeguarding and data integrity are embedded in practice.

The role requires strong line management experience, deep knowledge of DWP/ESFA, Ofsted, and OfS requirements, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the apprenticeship portfolio.
