Apprenticeship Delivery Coach

Capita is hiring a Programme Facilitator for HMNB Clyde (Faslane) in Helensburgh. This full-time role (37.5 hours) requires eligibility for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

You will manage apprentices, deliver learner support, and help prepare for Gateway and EPA while coordinating activities with Royal Navy personnel and delivery partners. You will maintain learner records, ensure QA compliance, and contribute to improvements in learner outcomes and programme delivery.
