Apprenticeship & L&D Strategy Lead

TPXimpact Ltd is seeking a Learning and Apprenticeship Manager to build structure and credibility for developing people. You will own the apprenticeship levy, select training providers, and map learning content to recognised qualifications to turn our L&D offering into a marketable differentiator.

You'll drive day-to-day experiences from induction to self-service through intranet content, negotiate with providers, and report learning KPIs to leadership.
