Job Description
The main mission will be to manage and oversee the mechanical apprentices (m/f). The primary task will be to manage and guide the mechanical apprentices leading to the obtaining of the CFC of Polymechanics - Rate of mechanical apprentices (m/f).Desired profile:CFC of polymechanicMastery of CNC machining with CAD/CAMExperience of at least 3-4 yearsExperience in managing and leading personnel, ideally young apprentices (one CIE of 600h) (one in management is an advantage)Knowledge of Office and ERP software (an advantage)Fluency in French and English (B2)Main responsibilities:Deliver CIE courses (Manual machining techniques, conventional, CNC, metrology, assembly)Guide apprentices towards success through motivating pedagogy and regular assessment of their workReport to management in the form X (monitoring costs, commitments, apprentice production via SAP)Manage investment requests (machines, accessories) and organize the weekly workload for each apprentice (MAP, machinery, tracking manufactured parts)Manage and sign work logs and absences of apprenticesConflict management, apply internal rules in case of non-compliance with company values, organize meetings with parents if necessaryCollaborate with industry partners (COMEC, Swissmem, CPNE, schools)Participate in semi-annual exchanges with local training centersOrganize open houses, internships for future apprentices, educational events, and educational outings (teambuilding, skiing, industrial visits)Plan individual reviews and reports every 6 monthsEncourage apprentices to participate in competitions such as X IndustrySkillsWe offer you:A job in a top-notch environmentGood working conditions jid3a410d6aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
