Apprentice Sales Executive

Sytner Group is excited to offer a Trainee Sales Executive role with BMW, providing full training and support to become a BMW Certified and fully qualified BMW Sales Executive.

Our Sales Executives are central to delivering first-class customer experiences at our dealerships.

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be the main contact for customers during their car buying journey, ensuring excellent service at all times.

About the role

At Sytner Maidenhead, we are seeking individuals with some background in customer service or sales.

You will communicate with customers to support their needs and guide them through the process of purchasing a new car.

The role involves flexible working patterns, including weekends, to provide the highest level of service to our customers.

About You

You should have strong interpersonal skills and pride in engaging face-to-face with customers, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

A full UK driving license is advantageous.

Please note, you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.

Applicants should have achieved GCSE grade A -C/9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and one other subject.
