Apprentice Receptionist & Customer Service

Sheffield Futures is recruiting an apprentice to deliver high quality reception and customer service to clients, visitors and tenants. You'll be enrolled on the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, combining on the job work with training.

Based in Sheffield city centre, the role covers front-of-house duties, handling face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries, room bookings and basic admin, while upholding GDPR and security standards.
