Job Summary

As an Apprentice Chef with Hilton you will be working towards a Food Production Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months. No prior experience needed - just a passion for food!

Compensation

Hourly Rate of £13.65 per hour plus service charge

Responsibilities

• A Line Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.
• Join the kitchen brigade.
• Prepare mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, ensuring all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free.
• Support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieving all departmental targets.
