Apprentice Grounds Technician: Sport Turf & Grounds Care

Radley College is recruiting an Apprentice Groundsperson to join the Grounds Team on a two-year apprenticeship. You will learn turf care, pitch preparation, machinery operation and grounds maintenance, gaining practical, hands-on experience across cricket squares, pitches, training areas and ornamental landscapes.

No prior grounds experience is required; the role suits someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, is reliable and eager to learn.
