Apprentice Gardener: Hands-on Plant Care & Outdoor Work

Capel Manor College is seeking an Apprentice Gardener to join its team on the Enfield Campus within a 30-acre estate. You will perform gardening tasks including planting, bed maintenance, hedge-cutting, and cultural operations to keep the gardens vibrant.

The role requires an interest in horticulture and some basic gardening experience. You should be punctual, able to meet deadlines, and work with initiative, with some weekend work possible.
