Apprentice Gardener - Grow Plants, Learn Horticulture in Parks

Rugby Borough Council is offering an Apprentice Gardener position on a full-time 37-hour week for 24 months as part of an intermediate apprenticeship. The role focuses on developing and maintaining ornamental horticultural areas across parks and public spaces within Rugby Borough.

You will learn planting, watering, pruning, tool usage and equipment maintenance, with study delivered at Pershore College (Worcestershire) starting mid-October. Driving licence is essential.
