Description

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you'll gain hands on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you'll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. After completing the apprenticeship, you'll move into a qualified educator role with us and build your future.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver our 'learning through play' ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out high quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with N's safety policies.
• Maintain clean and tidy areas throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and achieve your Early Years qualification.
