Apprentice Community Health & Wellbeing Worker - Level 3 (Leeds)

Luminate Education Group is offering a 15 month fixed term Apprenticeship to become a Level 3 Community Health and Wellbeing Worker in Leeds. The role supports students to lead healthier, happier lives with person centred guidance and practical support.

You will deliver wellbeing initiatives, provide information and one to one or group support, and help manage referrals. Interviews are on Monday 3 August.
