Banquet Country House is recruiting an Apprentice Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at Roundthorn Country House, Penrith. The role offers valuable hands-on training in a busy hospitality environment, with online and in-person tutor support throughout a 15-month apprenticeship.

You will learn food preparation, recipe adherence, hygiene practices and teamwork while contributing to weddings, private functions and hotel dining experiences.
