Apprentice Chef: Master the Kitchen + Chef Academy

Hungry Horse is seeking an Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen, where you will prepare, cook, and present food to meet specs, maintain hygiene levels, and communicate clearly with your team to deliver high quality meals on time.

This apprenticeship includes work based training (no college attendance required), Functional Skills in English and Maths, plus four masterclasses as part of our Chef Academy, with mentoring and regular reviews every 12 weeks.
