Job OverviewWe are thrilled to be offering an apprenticeship opportunity within our Support & Safeguarding Team to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. This is to provide the right person with the chance to excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently to cater to the needs of our stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have some administrative background and working knowledge of MS Office. Crucial qualities include precision and adaptability, along with exceptional communication skills. Your ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies is essential, as it enables you to engage with professionals and families while working alongside the children's services teams. This collaborative aspect of the role may present challenges at times, but it is an essential part of making a meaningful impact.

- Answering telephones
- Using the liquid logic LCS database
- Typing
- Scanning and filing
