Main duties of the jobDevelop understanding of relevant regulations, including HTMs (Health Technical Memorandums), particularly HTM 01-01 (Decontamination) and HTM 06-03 (Electrical Systems).Assist in the servicing, testing, and repair of medical beds, trolleys, and associated equipment.Learn how to perform basic fault-finding and diagnostics under guidance from experienced engineers.Support the safe and accurate calibration of test equipment used for inspections and servicing.

Person Specification Education & Qualifications- GCSE Grade 5 in mathematics and Grade C/4 or equivalent in at least 4 other subjects to include science based subject.
- Attend college as required to complete and pass - Level 3 - Maintenance Operation Engineering Technician Apprentice
- To be computer literate
- An aptitude and interest in the practical and theoretical study of engineering
- Ability to work under supervision
- Adaptable to change
- Have an understanding of Health and Safety issues
- Capable of working in a demand driven service
- Full UK driving Licence
