Job Description

Onsite Level 2 IT support for users in hardware and software issues.

  • Experience resolving problems while sitting with the user.
  • Strong customer-centric service skills.
  • Comfortable with various deskside and networking technologies.
  • Experience in asset and inventory management.
  • Role may require enhanced referencing or vetting due to its nature.

As part of a dedicated support team, you will work onsite to provide support for lab-based IT within our client's pharmaceutical facilities. You are fully supported by your Service Delivery Manager and colleagues.

You will handle various tickets throughout the day, resolving issues empathetically and pragmatically, with a focus on excellent customer service-ensuring each user is satisfied with the resolution.

Your role includes:

  • Incident diagnosis and resolution
  • Hands & Feet support for network, infrastructure, and applications
  • IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete)
  • IT asset management
