Job Description

Onsite Level 2 IT support for users in hardware and software issues.

  • Previous experience in a regulated environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience resolving problems directly with users.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with various deskside technologies.
  • The role may require enhanced referencing or vetting due to its nature.

As part of a dedicated support team, you will work onsite to provide support for Lab-based IT within our client's pharmaceutical facilities. You will be supported by your Service Delivery Manager and colleagues.

You will handle various tickets throughout the day, addressing each with empathy, pragmatism, and a focus on customer service-aiming to resolve issues satisfactorily and leave users satisfied.
