Applied AI Engineer for Beneficial Deployments

Anthropic is hiring an Applied AI Engineer for its Beneficial Deployments team. You'll apply deep technical expertise to advise on evals, harnesses, and agent architectures, while prototyping new capabilities and building ecosystem-scale tooling.

You will help partners accelerate impact by contributing to scalable infrastructure, examples, and documentation, and by mentoring teams across projects. Some travel may be required.
