About the roleThis is a key role within our Business Applications team, supporting the delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of core business systems. You'll work closely with service leads, IT colleagues, and third-party suppliers to ensure applications are reliable, secure, and aligned with user needs. You'll bring a strong foundation in application support and configuration, with a particular focus on systems such as SAP, WebPay, Civica Icon, and Winshuttle. Your ability to troubleshoot, document, and collaborate will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
About the teamThe Applications team sits within Digital & Change and plays a pivotal role in supporting Haringey's strategic technology landscape. As part of the SAP team, we work closely with Procurement, Finance, and service areas to ensure robust, compliant, and efficient systems. We're a collaborative, solutions-focused group committed to delivering high-quality support and continuous improvement across our SAP estate.
About youYou'll bring proven experience supporting enterprise applications within a complex organisational environment, with a strong user-focused mindset and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ideally, you'll have hands-on experience with Winshuttle software, including user support and script development, as well as familiarity with LSMW for SAP data uploads. Your background includes administering and supporting systems such as WebPay and Civica Icon, alongside a solid understanding of SAP licensing processes and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using Halo Software or similar service management tools will help you thrive in this role, enabling you to deliver responsive, effective support across a range of business-critical applications.
