In this interface function between sales and technology, you are part of the product management and the first point of contact for technical questions from the sales team - the workplace is in Rapperswil BE or Corcelles-près-Payerne VD. Your ResponsibilitiesYou will accompany customer orders and demanding projects from a technical perspective. Creation of feasibility analyses and constructive evaluations. You actively contribute to the planning and execution of internal and external training. Support marketing in the preparation of technical documents and sales materials. Analyze and assess claims, if necessary in collaboration with external experts. Your ProfileYou have completed training as a civil engineer, draftsman, building technician, construction manager, master builder, or a comparable qualification. Knowledge of structural and building physics fundamentals. Experience with CAD user programs is desirable (AutoCAD LT or Revit is an advantage). Ideally, you have already created and maintained technical documents. You have the ability to discuss technical matters on equal footing with partners such as engineers and architects. You can communicate well in both German and French - this is desirable for this position.
