Application support Engineer - your responsibilities and tasks
  • Handle helpdesk support for technical issues and questions, ensuring a seamless customer experience and meeting SLA targets.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and reproduce technical issues, collaborating with engineering, QA, and product teams for complex cases.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve support team efficiency.
  • Stay updated on product changes, provide feedback to development teams, and educate customers on best practices to prevent issues.

Application support Engineer - your are the perfect match if
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Web Services (REST, SOAP), SaaS web application debugging (e.g., Google Developer Tools), API knowledge, experience with monitoring tools like DataDog and Kibana, familiarity with Edc APIs (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva), and understanding of ODM-XML standards.
  • Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (or equivalents), including workflow navigation, dashboard use, reporting, and issue tracking.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in SaaS technical support, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work across time zones.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences, and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Mindset: Customer-focused, proactive, adaptable to different cultures and personalities, team-oriented yet able to work independently, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
