Application Engineering Manager Lead Security Solutions

Northland Controls is seeking an experienced Application Engineering Manager to lead the Application Engineering team in the EMEA region. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of complex security solutions for global clients.

You will partner with PM, Design and Operations to meet customer requirements, review contracts, oversee testing and commissioning, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
