Appeals Officer needed in Bristol. The rate is £13.76ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. The reference number is:
Responsibilities- Process appeals within statutory deadlines.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Data entry
- Maintain and update electronic records
- Provide advice to call handlers.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a team providing customer service for the Clean Air Zone scheme. Their primary role will be responding to appeals relating to the Clean Air Zone as well as processing correspondence related to enforcement of PCNs. Additionally, they will log incoming appeals, vehicle keeper details and provide advice to our call centre. You will be using various Microsoft programs and bespoke systems; therefore, basic computer literacy is essential.
