APIC/ADON Nursing Leader - Clinical Excellence in Elder Care

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Assistant Person in Charge (APIC) / Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a well-established nursing home in Ballina, Co. Mayo.

You will lead the clinical team and work closely with the Person in Charge to ensure residents receive outstanding person-centred care. The role requires a third level nursing degree, NMBI PIN, and a track record in management and geriatric care.
