Anti Social Behaviour Compliance Officer

We are seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Compliance Officer to join Sandwell MBC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the triage of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) reports, ensuring cases are appropriately routed and responded to.
- Oversee the ASB case review process ('community trigger'), maintaining accurate records and delivering timely reviews.
- Manage service intelligence and interrogate data to drive service improvement.
- Hold a caseload of ASB cases when required, progressing them in line with council policies and procedures.
- Support communications and stakeholder engagement related to ASB and Community Safety across the borough.
Essential Requirements:
- Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent), or relevant experience in ASB, community safety, housing, or neighbourhood management.
- At least 2 years' experience working in ASB, community safety, or a related field, including collaboration with elected members, legal services, and courts.
- Experience managing complex enquiries and producing clear, detailed reports and communications.
- Knowledge of government policy and legislation on ASB and crime, with strong awareness of public, legal, and voluntary sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong IT and case management abilities.
