This team partners closely with TBS Corporate and Institutional Sales and the Specialist Client Solutions team, supporting the structuring and execution of transactions across the full transaction banking product suite-including Core Trade, Traditional Trade, Commodity Trade Finance, ECA, Commercial Cards, Asset and Invoice Finance, Merchant Services, and other core Transaction Banking products. About this opportunity Lloyds Banking Group has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join the Transactional Structuring team within Transaction Banking Solutions (TBS).Transactional Structuring plays a key role in supporting Corporate and Institutional Banking clients by helping to structure, analyse and deliver transaction banking solutions across a broad product suite. You'll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, Credit, Legal and Operations to support the delivery of high quality outcomes for both clients and the Bank.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in transaction banking within a collaborative, fast paced environment. What you'll be doing Assist in the origination, structuring, and execution of transactions and other business development initiatives by: Understanding transaction banking and working capital products and applying relevant policies and systems Supporting the transaction approval process including ongoing client activity (tax, credit, legal, accounting, risk etc.) Supporting the transaction execution process up to a point where deals are handed over to middle / back office Assist in performing portfolio analysis using both quantitative and qualitative factors Performing transaction risk / reward analysis and structuring payoffs that are optimal for the firm Preparing presentations showcasing ideas, methods and results for internal and external audiences Contribute to the preparation of materials to support credit submissions, client proposals and internal approvals Use AI tools to support analysis and improve efficiency Support the provision of a professional, high quality service to internal stakeholders and external clientsAt Lloyds Banking Group, our purpose is Helping Britain Prosper.
