Your new role
As a Structuring Analyst, you will work with all members of the team, managing specific workstreams as well as reviewing work performed by analysts and other team members. You will report and work closely with senior members of the team (MDs and ADs). You will have interactions with all internal teams of FIS Supply Chain Finance (such as commercial, distribution, and operations), as well as external contacts with corporates, investment banks, funds, law firms, and other advisors. Your role involves providing high-quality end-to-end transaction structuring services and analysis to clients and FIS Supply Chain Finance teams.
What you'll do
- Help provide advice to the Origination team to enable timely and high-quality offers to clients;
- Participate in client and investor meetings;
- Review offers from the Origination teams with the relevant transaction lead (e.g., MD) and provide clear opinions to the lead or Origination team;
- Prepare detailed models, investor reports, discussion papers, distribution teasers, investor decks, transaction documentation, and other relevant documents, or review those prepared by analysts;
- Contribute to and manage specific workstreams related to transaction implementation alongside the Structuring transaction lead, Origination team, Client implementation team, and Senior Management;
- Disseminate structuring knowledge and market news among the Structuring team;
- Participate in fostering a total compliance culture;
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment;
- Share structuring knowledge with other FIS Supply Chain Finance teams, especially the Origination team.
Who you are
Typically, an Analyst has 0-2 years of experience in finance, preferably in trade receivables finance or equivalent academic background (CFA, Masters in Finance, Business Administration, etc.), with relevant internships;
Proficiency in financial modeling and data management (Excel skills);
Excellent presentation skills and ability to produce professional documents.
