Analyst or Associate, Portfolio Strategy, Real Assets

This role is within the Portfolio Strategy Team supporting Macquarie Asset Management's Real Assets global diversified infrastructure funds. The team manages both our open-ended global core infrastructure fund and open-ended global wealth infrastructure fund. You will collaborate with team members across London and New York, and interact with colleagues worldwide across investment, distribution, marketing, legal, risk, and finance functions.

What will you do?

You will develop and maintain financial models for portfolio construction and strategic decisions related to infrastructure private equity funds. Your responsibilities include generating analysis and reports for the Investment Team and Investment Committee, coordinating work streams, developing investor messaging, and creating proposals and presentations to attract investors. You will also analyze infrastructure holdings, support the global investment pipeline, evaluate transactions, and monitor the broader operating environment of the Funds.

What are we looking for?

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields
• Experience in infrastructure investing is a plus
• Strong financial modeling skills and numeracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, resilience, and quick learner
