Anaerobic Plant Shift Lead

Henkel Corporation in Ireland is seeking an Anaerobic Plant Supervisor to support the safe and efficient running of our bulk production plant. You will supervise plant operations, equipment, materials and the performance of a small team on shift, ensuring reliability and compliance with HS&E standards.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, service and cost, drive scrap reduction, and support training and development within the team to sustain high performance.
