AML Refresh Coach - CDD Proficiency & On Floor Support

Bank of America is seeking an AML Refresh Operations CPC in Belfast to coach Refresh Analysts, build proficiency beyond standard training, and provide real-time on-floor support for Refresh cases.

You will collaborate with management to identify knowledge gaps, review ILQA defects, update procedures, and lead training activities while assisting with audit queries across Readiness & Enablement and Global Financial Crimes teams.
